Jill Gwaltney

Founder

Jill spent more than two decades in the printing industry, working her way from account executive to President and growing the company from $5 million to $46 million in revenue.

In 1999, she founded Rauxa, an independent data-driven marketing firm with unrelenting dedication to her clients. Today, she’s hands-on with hundreds of employees, making deals, having drinks, and sharing life advice.
